Ticketing Policy
All tickets purchased for this event are reserved - there are no general admission seats available. Seating is available on a first come, first serve basis. All sales are final. No requests for refunds will be accepted. Once purchased, tickets may not be exchanged for alternate seats. It is the patron's responsibility to ensure they are seated at least 15 minutes prior to a scheduled performance. Tickets purchased for this event are considered a revokable license to attend the stated event. Carolina Crown reserves the right to revoke admission with or without refund of admission.

No refunds or exchanges will be permitted, including for inclement weather. CrownBEAT is an outdoor event. In the event of inclement weather, every attempt will be made to operate the event, including with rain delays and standstill performances.
