          Eric has performed and worked with groups such as; The Garfield Cadets, Star of Indiana, Phantom Reigment and was the director of the Blue Stars. He is currently employed full time with Carolina Crown as a part of the management team, has been an adjudicator for DCI, DCA, BOA and is a color guard and indoor percussion judge across the United States.
